Weight restrictions: You must be able to fitinto a coast guard approved life jacket to ride. Our wave runners can hold up to 435 pounds each. Physical Restrictions: Anyone with chronic back/neck problems; anyone who has had previous back/neck surgery; or anyone who is pregnant or thinks she may be pregnant, may not be accomodated. Customers must be able to walk down and board the jet ski with minimal or no assistance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation of your reservation with more than 24hrs notice will receive 100% refund

• If you cancel less than 24hrs before your rental 50% of the total rental cost will be refunded, unless there is a reschedule to another date

• In case of “no show” at the time of the rental, you will be charged 100% of the total rental

Safety and Laws

• All passengers are required to sign a Release/Waiver of Liability.

• Drivers must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

•**ALL DRIVERS BORN ON AND/OR AFTER JANUARY 1, 1988 MUST BY LAW PASS THE BOATER SAFETY COURSE AND CARRY A BOATER EDUCATION CARD from Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation before you will be allowed to operate the Jet Ski.

• DO NOT DRINK AND BOAT! If you or any rider are under the influence aka boating under the influence (BUI) -that is, operating any boat, sailboat,personal watercraft, water skis, sailboard, or similar device while intoxicated, you will NOT be allowed to ride.

•You must follow the Instructions of the Waverunner/Jet Ski Guide at all times.

•You must wear a Life vest at all times.

• You must have a Lanyard attached to wrist and Kill switch of Jet Ski at all times.

• You must obey “No Wake Zones” at all times.

• You always look around before you turn. No sharp turns.

• No reckless operation is allowed.

• No splashing other boaters or skis.

• No jumping wakes of other boaters.

• You must not ride ski within 100 feet of a dock or moored vessel/ boat.

• Jet ski must be boarded from the rear.

• You must be 100 Feet from another ski at all times. Safety first!!!

Any Violations of these rules will result in termination of the ride and no refund
